The site
The site itself is located on a nice slope of the mountain with south-west orientation. The size is approx. 2.500m² and there is proper driveway with space for 2-3 cars. Just in front of the villa you will find a big sunny terrace with a stunning 360° view to the coastline and the impressive mountains. In the middle of the terrace is private pool with a nice size of approx. 25m². The big veranda-porch is offering enough space to relax or eat in the shadow. The garden furniture is available for all needs. Behind the villa you will find a cosy and green garden with outside kitchen and barbecue facilities. All over about the place is mediterran vegetation like lemon-trees or palm trees.
The Villa
The freestanding villa has a size of approx. 100m². 3 bedrooms with a kingsize bed in each plus the sofa facilities at the living room are offering space for up to 8 persons. The spacious and bright living room and the connected winter garden are offering direct view to the sea and sofa lounge + dining + chimney facilities. 2 bathrooms with hot shower and a fully equipped kitchen are completing the villa. Finally there is an amazing rooftop-terrace on the villa.
Facilities
The villa is fully equipped and furnished. There are fresh linen and towels, modern technic like fast Wifi-Internt, Bluetooth TV + Bose-soundsystem and a complete kitchen including dish washing machine, oven and fridge, etc. Finally there is air-condition, heating, hot-water and a chimney. The water is clean but not potable.
Surrounding
It is such a nice place, that you do not need or maybe do not want to move a lot. But if you are curious to get to know the versatile options of Andalusia an especially the region of Axarquia we have some recommendations for you.
If you are in the mood of beaches and vibrant life, we recommend the nice cities Nerja and Torre del Mar with its beautiful beaches a big choice of shops, restaurants and bars. Nerja is more traditional, romantic and touristic. Its pretty worth to see the old town, the Balcon de Europe and the Playe de Burriana. Meanwhile Torre del Mar is a bit more modern and Spanish with its huge beach along the interesting promenade full of life. Both are offering great opportunities for food, shopping or even nightlife.
The small bays on the cliff lines between Nerja and Almunecar like Cala de Canuelo or Cala Torre del Pino are pretty good recommendation for those who loves beaches a little bit more cosy and relaxed.
Somehow typical and relaxed are aswell hiking tours or trips with the car to the beautiful “white” villages in the mountains like Sayalonga, Frigiliana, Competa or Torrox. Here life is much more relaxed and stayed still soehow typical Spanish. The tapas are tasting great sitting at the shadow and watching the mountains and the sea. Starting from Frigiliana or Competa you can even do ambitious climbing or hiking or bicycle trips to the mountains of Sierra Almijara.
If you still have time and energy you obviously should discover the bigger and pretty historic cities like Malaga and Granada approx. 1h driving nearby.
For your everyday needs you will find pretty comfortable and cheap shopping facilities at the shops or supermarkets in Torrox.
